yup, tomorrow morning first thing. ive mine pre-booked since mid-last year!

i heard from friends that Tesco's in the uk fooked up over the weekend and started to sell it on saturday :eek:

stocked as in forsale or stocked as in they have it locked in a press

5.30 and I'm running home to play it.
First impressions from reviews is that the game aspect still suffers with poor AI and no damage functions.
No online support either (I couldnt care about that... dont have broadband).
On plus side; lots more options, and the graphics are breathtaking.

Just a thought but eurogamer http://www.eurogamer.net/article.php?article_id=58175 only gave it an 8 out of 10. Any one who's play it got any feedback.

yeah.. it's not getting perfect games reviews.
I think GTA SA got the most amazing reviews I've seen.
Plenty of issues they shouldnt have sorted never got looked at it seems.
Such a shame...

Yeah I got it this morning from GamesStop for 55euro. I then went next door to HMV and noticed it was selling for 50 euro. :mad: Dammit! Should always check all the shops' prices. The game is really good although I havent played it for long. It looks beautiful. Its going to take me ages to build up enough cash for a good car. The braking system seems a lot different to GT3. A lot tougher.

Not as great as I would have hoped.
Its real strength is in the Grand Turismo mood and the plethera of option... but a lot was already in GT3.
Still well miffed at no damage model and the terible AI... not to mention the ability to "ram" off barriers and opponents at will.
Still a solid overall racing SIM, but their are others.
If you like rally - get a CMC or WRC
If you like really faced paced racing - get Burnout 3
ok..break over... back to GT4 I go!

remember that for the full effect of the new effects engine, you cannot really judge this game with an analog controller.

unlike GT3, GT4 has been made with the Logitec Force Pro steering wheel and pedals in mind. For a better feel to the game and a more realistic experience, this wheel comes highly recommended - it was designed for GT4, hence the GT4 badge on the middle of the steering wheel.

liking it a lot myself, so far - how cool is the 'Ring', so real, they aint missed out on much on this track, its inch perfect - even the graffiti
