It is and it isnt. There is a system you can get, expensive though, its an smatv system which allows you to run as many boxes off of one dish as you would like. But in sky's eyes, if you are using more that 4 port's on the one dish, then any additional ports needed after that is automatically another account required, unless you are going to use the standard box as a free to air?.
For example, lets say you are on the top tier package, it would work out something like this...
1st Sky Plus box(€62.50) + 2nd Sky Plus box(€15) + Standard Sky box = €140 per month. The standard box will have an account of it's own.

    OOOuch...!!!

Me reckons you needs an octo lnb.
    Its like a twin quad.

That depends on what exactly a "minidish" is.

It won't work on an oval Sky minidish.
It will work on a standard round dish, large or small. ;)

@ lpool2k05: Round dish, or oval Sky minidish?

Some Sky minidish LNB's (I think it was Skyware) had a round LNB bracket neck that would fit any standard LNB. Some "Sky" quads had this too. It would work, but maybe not as well as it should, as I believe minidish LNB's have their feedhorns suited to the oval shape of the dish.

Probably just as well to go for a standard dish and put the 8-output LNB on that, othewise, get a Sky+ Quad and a second minidish. Latter is probably the cheaper option if having 2 dishes isn't an issue.

If I was you I'd go for a nice Triax dish with an Octo LNB.
