Oslo and Stockholm

I'm thinking of going away for a few days this month to either Oslo or Stockholm. Are there many interesting things to see/do in these cities? Oslo is cheaper to get to but there seems to be a distinct lack of youth hostels. Does anyone know of any places to stay? Can only afford 20-25 euro/night.

Oslo is by no means cheap in my experience. It's actually amazingly expensive. It's a nice place to visit for a weekend in the snow but I couldn't afford much more than that - we stayed in the Best Western Hotel (affordable) and took the buffet for a ride every morning so we could afford a cheaper lunch. :)
