new york or florida

Hi. Was just wondering where would be the best place to head to this summer.
my uncle on my dads side lives about 14 km outside of new york city
or my auntie on my mums side lives in florida.
Both said i can stay with them this year during the school holidays, so im goin end of july, dont know where to choose though.
It'll just be me as my mum,dad, me, and my sister are going to lanzarotti start of july..

Depending on how long you can go for, go to both. Internal flight NY -> Florida should be around $120

laura(auntie) said i should go for 'at least a month' shes a teacher over there so she'll have time off, wheras my uncle might not.

Definitely go to both, New York is a great place and easy to find your way around. Loads of things you can do on ur own and most people know all the big landmarks there anyway.

I was in NY with someone else but i dont mind doing things on my own. If I wanna do something and my mates dont I'm not gonna let that stop me.

There's loads of nice hostels in NY that you can get a private room in. You'll keep yourself occupied....tonnes to do

i meant my parents or family wont be with me. Just my uncle, his wife and my cousins. im 16 so hostel wouldnt be an option

14km is a nice bit aweh from the City aswell tbh. Where in florida is yore Aunt :: might be better to go there instead. [better weather!!]

Yeah, ordinarily id recommend NY, but since you'd be 14kms outside it, and your Uncle would be busy, perhaps FL would be the prudent choice.
