So anybody have any horses that they do not think will be triumphant at cheltenham?

I for one have been laying Ned Kelly for the Arkle, and Macs Joy for the champion hurdle.

Have to agree about those two, Ned Kelly for me should be targeted over longer distances, he has never been quick enough at 2m. Macs Joy still has something to prove at Cheltenham.

Any real favourites worth laying, that's more the point. Quite a few might lay Harchibald. And Our Vic might be worth opposing in the DT chase, as he doesn't strike me as ahorse to have on your side in a fight. Still a lot to prove. I think I'd be on Thisthatandtother for that one.

I ahve to say Ollie Magern is opposable in the Sun Alliance, firstly because his jumpinghas recently looked suspect and secondly because he doesn't have much of a turn of foot. Mind you, the Sun Alliance hasn't really been worth much for a decade now.

Wouldn't be a great Our Vic supporter either, but I couldn't back Thisthatandtother in a million years, it is the most one paced horse I have seen in a long time, it always looks to be going well but never seems to find anything under pressure. Just look at it's form figures to back this up, 2nd in it's last 5 races, it's a major lay for me.
