Norton Will not allow me upload

Since I installed Norton 2005 it will not allow me to upload pictures to some MSN community web sites. You have to download a small programme to upload the pictures, but it will not allow me to do so. I have tried turning off the FIREWALL. Can anybody help?

I think it has a popup blocker as well as an add blocker in it, might want to check them, of coures I am just guessing here! Can you just disable it all with one click from the system tray? worth a try.
