University course for Spammers

    Students taking the course will be required to sign a form stating that they are aware they will be awarded a ‘fail' grade if they don't adhere to the guidelines that the university sets out. It's also made explicitly clear to students that if they put their newly acquired knowledge to malicious use, they will be liable to face civil or criminal penalties under the laws of Canada and of other countries.

    While I can see the white hat usefullness of this there are risks
    Seeing as how spamming is an illegal activity which people engage in because they see the risks as worth the reward, what's to stop a potential spammer doing one of these courses and then going back home to the US (different juristiction) and spamming away ?
    You have to assume part of the course will cover detetion evasion techniques...
