Installing new Hard Drive...Help!!

I was in a computer shop today enquiring about a 200GB hard drive. The chap was saying something that my PC might not be able to handle the 200gigs and it might only be 127GB. He said he'd need to see the BIOS or something?? Does anyone know what he's on about? What would he need to see in the BIOS?

depending on your motherboards ide controler an older pc might only recognise the drive as being 127gigs, but just go ahead and install and format the drive, if it works it works if not you should upgrade to service pack2

This aint a big prob dont panic Please read all HDD manufacturers have these BIG HDD downloads just download one and reboot.
