Tomorrow, Nintendo will start a nationwide test of its Nintendo DS download service. Through kiosks in retail outlets, DS users will be able to download game demos and additional content. The game demos will remain on the DS until it is turned off but the additional content for Band Brothers
will remain saved on the memory card for play any time.

Now how long before demoes are downloaded to a blank cart?

judging by the built in browser of the psp and the leaked killer firmware update's supposed contents the psp most definitly has the ability to run executables off the memory stick. its only a matter of time before homebrew stuff appears.
