Anyway, you're looking for the Irish code which is:

+00 353 86*******

You might want to remove your number too

+353 followed by the area code with the initial 0 removed

The 00 you have here is what we replace the + with when dialing from Ireland, but that differs when dialing from elsewhere or when dialing from modern equipment (e.g. a cell phone, modern telephony software) that lets you use the + itself.

Putting both the + and the 00 effectively makes it 0000 which is wrong.
