    Halfords do a variety of tool chests.
    They have a branch in Coolock (soon in Tallaght also).

    I bought a small toolchest and toolbox set from Atlantic Homecare for £100 a few years ago. Smaller version of the one in your pic, ideal for non-professional mechanic.

    BTW, Argos do a couple of toolchests, they look ok.
    (They don't do toolcabinets to put it on though).
