Fitness; For me, it begins this Summer.

I do a bit of exercise at the moment, I've fallen back on recent times. Last Summer i was as fit as a fiddle, was running 6 miles 4 times a week, and cycling (60-120km a trip).

    I'm concentrating on college until the Summer break, and then my regime will start;

-No more junk food (snacks, biscuits, take-away, sodas, etc) just limited to a one chocolate bar a week,

-No more coffee, just tea, water and juices.

-Considering no more alcohol (quit for 6 months last year, really helped)

    -No more energy drinks.

-50 pushups, 50 pull ups (or whatever high i reach) every morning and evening.

-Strong stretching every morning and evening.

-6 mile run for 3 days in a row, a 80+km bike ride for 3 days in a row. 1 rest day. (games of futbal with friends and swimming mixed in throughout the week)

    -Less TV/PS2

    -More hiking

-Bed at 10pm each night, up at 7am max.

****, It'll be tough! The exercise will be OK to get a rhythm going, but being disciplined enough to do the pushups/pullups and giving up alcohol and other priviliges will b especially tough!

Winter would be the biggest test.

Are ya not interested in incorporating some weights into your schedule?

Everything seems cool but you will make poo of your legs if you run 6 miles 3 days in a row. I've been paying the price now for 8 months from when I did the damage through runnning 5 miles a day 4 or 5 days in a row.
Hint: Never run hard consecutive days in a row.

I can't afford to buy weights or go to gyms.
I might do what our old maths teacher used to do. Get an iron pole and stick two buckets which were filled with cement on the ends. I'm not really bothered about the muscle end TBH, just endurance fitness.

IB you were running on road. I never run on the road for any distance (except 1 mile max in between my house and the sand-spit.)

    Road focks up your joints.

In that case your schedule looks very good, just be careful not to be to hard on your knees and ankles.Push ups and pull ups and stretching will help your toning/definition out anyway.
