get in the bath lie on your back put your foot up, it'll be messy for a few secs thats why you get in the bath :P
put presure on your leg aswell,
if it starts getting really worrying go to the hospital.

make sure theres no glass in it
    clean it
    put some antiseptic on it
    put on a bandage

go to a doctor if it wont stop or seems to be very deep

Firstly try elevating the foot. Raise it above the level of your heart and that should stem most of the bleeding. Check to make sure there's no glass in the wound. When the bleeding stops a little tie a bandage around it and maybe go to a doc if you think it needs stitches (continuous bleeding after everythign I suggested above is tried).

Elevate your leg so it's above your body that'll stop it a bit.

If it's really bad you should probably go to A&E......but you knew that, right?

I'd be heading for my nearest GP at that stage. Bleeding is one thing but foreign bodies wedged in a wound are another...

go get the glass out and stitches.

Chop off your foot at the ankle, that will get rid of the glass...

    Sorry, I couldn't resist :p

    ffs is this a troll?
    cop on would ye.
its too sore to put a plaster so your gonna go digging around inside your foot with a tweezers
ring your folks and tell them what you did

then sit down with your foot elevated and theyll bring you to a doctor

if its under your foot youll have a hard enough time getting it out anyway.

Clean the wound as best you can, personally Id use epsom salts and water with cotton wool. When its reasonably clean, put cotton wool on it and put a bandage over it. Order a taxi or get someone to drive you to the nearest doctor or hospital.

If I were you Id do it fairly quick!

If you think there's still glass lodged in it, go to the doctor.

    Locked.
