I think Iberia is pretty much your only choice, they have the internal flight market in spain fairly tied up. I checked a flight at the start of april on their website and it was €71 for a return, which is hardly that expensive for a 1 hour flight

Vueling.com is another for internal Spanish flights but I'm afraid it won't be of any use in this situation...

also (and more usefully) looking on the travelocity website there also seem to be services on this route from Air Europa and Spanair
