    I'm trying to get 100% in S.A. and to do that i have to get 100% with all
    the girlfriends.But the girlfriend in Las Venturas(millie) is never there i waited
    a whole day in the game for her and she never appeared.
    Has anyone got any advice or tips

    do a quick google search. the girlfriends run on a clock, appearing at certain times on certain days...

    Try changing your clothes. Works for me or you could always kill Millie if youre looking for the keycard

    you dont need 100% with all the girlfriends to finish the game 100% only need 33% from millie, ie to get the keycard for the casino job missions to continue

    She is there around the area of 1400 for a while. Dont stay outside her house though, only arrive during that time and that might only be on weekdays.

    It isn't necessary for 100 % though, very little is actually needed.
