    Back when "WWW" was a little crap, before MS Internet Explorer and Netscape (Mosaic was it?) and before Boards.ie, before Quake.ie even(when life was simpler and spam was spam), there were newsgroups (those things people don't bother with anymore).

    Anyone remember alt.destroy.the.earth? Always loved it.

    You mean back when you could look up stuff on the net knowing it would be free of charge??? Preferred it back then...
