What apps would you consider must haves for a software toolkit ?

    PC ANYwhere ?
    Utilities Pro ?
    Ghost ?
    Universal Boot Disk ?

    Suggestions & comments welcome

If you have the licenses for them ...

knoppix CD is a must, you can pop the CD in another PC, and remote boot the one you are looking at if it's network bootable, handy if no drives in the other PC

partimage isn't as nice as ghost but free and with the knoppix CD you can boot up and backup/restore a HDD image across the network,

other nice feature about the knoppix cd is you can connect into a windows terminal server so you can have end users up and running after a fashion until you get time to look at the PC.

bootpart.exe is a great little util for making fat 16/32 drives bootable again very handy when playing around with dual boot.
