No - but they have the Canon 20D for € 1433 so I'm sorely tempted...

Keep in mind all prices displayed exclude VAT.
Got all excited about a cheap Casio on there one time but turned out nopt to be so cheap :(

Just ordered a Konica Minolta G600 for a very good price on Internet Cameras Direct so might be worth having a look around there if ye haven't seen it already.

It says on there that all prices include VAT (at 21%).

I just clicked on an Minolta Camera to check out, and it added on an additional 21%.

Yet, in the listings page it says that the price displayed before checkout includes VAT. They'd want to be careful

Yes, I bought a camera form these guys, but I doubled ordered, but when I tried to cancel a day or two later they said it had been sent out and I should just refuse it and when they get it back in France they would refund me the money.

Got the first camera and it was great, no problems, and refused the second. It then sat in an Irish post office for a few months.

It was then sent off with a little encouragement from me, but it kept bouncing back.

Anyway in the end Nomatica siad they would have to put it down as lost and needed copies of my passport and bla bla bla....

Almost a year on and I still haven't got my money back

Finally got trough and they have no database available to the help desk, MUPPETS!

They have a bad after sales service, so if you order, pray nothing goes wrong.

ps If you still want to order from them, use the european section, prices are a little cheaper.

i got my camera from them no problem was really pleased with the service, have seen other reviews that aren't too great but everyone has their own opinion of what great service is!

shane - what a nightmare not getting your money back! did you pay by visa? Cos if something like that happens you can claim on your visa card.

I've heard good things about internetcamerasdirect too!

just had a look into that VAT cos you guys worried me.

when you get to your cart what it actually does is show you how much it is excluding VAT and then shows how much it is including VAT but THIS ALSO includes the delivery charge. So they are correct. All the prices shown on the listings do include VAT. I think they do it that way because if you are a company you can claim the VAT back

The one problem I found with them is that they tend to advertise products in stock with a 3-5 day delivery time when in fact they have none left. (French site)

I ordered a Canon 865i printer and 4 weeks later it was still 'out of stock' on my online order form yet still "3 days delivery" on the main site.

I cancelled the order and 4 days later I got my money back.

Paid by visa, thing is anytime I get onto them they say
Ok, give us your bank details and we'll sort it out
or other things like that, they seem helpfull but in fact they don't know their ar$e from their elbow.

I told them another week, then I think I'll just claim it back as you said if nothing has happened.

They do it that way because different EU countries charge different rates of VAT. The rate of VAT charged in this case depends on the country of destination.

Ordered a Digital Camcorder from them a few years back, no problems at all. Quick delivery too.

Ordered a Canon A85 off them before Christmas, arrived three days later by Fedex. Well impressed. An attachment I ordered at the same time was sent out 2 weeks later as out of stock I presume. Had previously ordered same camera from www.dabs.co.uk , but GLS couldn't find my house and sent it back!

www.pixmania.com are meant to be good too.
