codes for r.t.e.

    xxx :) right i am off to london this weekend . and i am wondering if i can get my hands on the codes for r.t.e..... can i enter them into an english sky digi box and watch them. i know how to enter them but i need to know will it work and the codes for r.t.e... ty in advance for any help :D:D:D

    No, the same way that you can't watch UTV and Channel4 here. RTÉ is blocked on english boxes. If you bring ur card with u then ya can watch them from the EPG.

    But if he's using an Irish card, he won't need the codes because it'll be on the EPG.

    but only if he brings the box with him

    RTÉ1 and 2 are paired to a particular box
    TV3 and TG4 will however work on any box

    you can get Aertel though on any box, without the card
