I stopped playing for a month. I didn't think there was a great enough force in the universe to acheive that.

Its an eternal struggle but I'm taking a short break from playing poker, about 48 hours at a go before the shakes become to bad. I've been trying to limit myself to three nights a week playing poker and I didnt think I could do it until WOW came along. I'm not sure that thats not just replacing cocaine with heroin though!

How has this impacted upon your personal relationships? Do you find yourself frequently getting moody or irritable? Are you getting a proper night's sleep? Do you find yourself thinking of poker or World of Warcraft when you should be doing something else? Do you find yourself saying one more hand or one more level up?

Joking aside, this is very sad but yes, yes I find myself in this situation. All of the above. Though at this point the only relationship I have is with the mouse in my house that I can't seem to find or catch :eek:
