Making ISO's from the cmd

Im looking for a program that i can run from the cmd that i can specify a directory, the program will then compile an iso of the contents of that directory. Any one know of such a program?

In Linux and OS X you can use mkisofs from the cdrecord package.

In Windows you can use the Win32 port of mkisofs - more info here: http://www.ultimatebootcd.com/customize.html
