    posted in wrong forum,sorry,(i,m old ye know)anyway here goes again,I have a picture phone but am unable to send or receive them,unless I go to the web on my pc to receive them.I have this sim card 4yrs. now but 02 wont give me settings for my phone as the sim is registered to the person I bought my old phone off 4yrs ago.Is there any way round this or do I have to buy a new sim card?It would be a lot of hassle to have to do this,Any suggestions??Thanks :confused:

    go to the o2 website and i think its help and support. There is an option on there to send the mms settings directly to your phone, hope it helps :)

    You won't be able to send and receive pictures until you get a new updated sim card. Only problem is, you can't do that as the sim card ain't registered to you. If you do know the name, address and date of birth of the person who used to own it, then just say that when they ask you.
    Basically the problem is MMS wasn't invented when that sim card you have was made so obviously it's not capable of it.
    Just go to an O2 dealer and ask for a replacement speakeasy sim card, quoting the other person's details.
