N-Gage QD Issue

HAve an N-gage qd and am having a problem. After a few games (5-6) of a game, Ive been playing tony hawk a bit. I try go go into the game again and i get a message saying "out of memory". this is after ive done a master reset on the system and just played the few games, anyone any ideas?
