I know its pretty basic stuff but dont forget to uplug everything and earth yourself before toucing anything - very easy to zap a motherboard with static electricity.

AFAIK you will need drivers - windows xp is the only one that has lots of drivers built in already.

    Hi

How are you doing, ... you will need a small screwdriver

    - Remove all power supplies
    - take the cover off, ground yourself by touching something metal beside where you working like a radiator or something to prevent static damage
    - remove the cover from the case and firmly insert the card and screw into place
    - put your pc back together
    - boot up pc
    - it should (hopefully) detect the new hardware and ask for drivers
    - hit the 'have disk' button with the floppy inserted
    - reboot once more
    - et vola
    - if your using the card for broadband etc you may need to install tcp/ip too

    Hope it goes ok?
