90 BMP at rest is pretty poor.

Check that you haven't been out on the piss or recently drunk coffee etc.

Otherwise a couple of months of cardio should sort you out.

Mine hangs around 60-65 at rest, and I'm not fit, just a family trait of lowish blod pressure. As AlcoholicA says, average is 72, and 90 is a bit above this. I wouldn't worry too much, your best bet is to take the average of the measurement at different times of the day, preferably when completely sober and not just after taking any stimulants, as said above.

Mine sits at around 55 from measurements I've had taken, while my blood pressure is pretty average. I'm reasonably fit, but nothing special. Does this mean anything?

    What are you guys measuring?

If it's your resting heart rate (RHR), then average is 72, but this is for an untrained person.

You must take it when completely at rest, best is first thing in the morning, after you pee. A family trait of low blood pressure won't affect your RHR.
