On the 3DMark site it lists the Radeon 9800 Pro as a supported card but when I run it it says that it's not - all game tests are disabled. What's the story with that?

9800pro's get ~2000 points.... problem solved?

Not really - it may get that score if I can run it - but then how can i see what improvement is made when I overclock it? And that score is assuming that all other things are equal as well.

Did you run 3DMark05 on a Radeon 9800?

Did you just upgrade your Graphics card, and if so did you reinstall 3Dmark05?

    Did you try 3Dmark03?

had 9800 Pro working fine with 3dmark05, just is very high spec enough to display everything.
got 2400 or somethign points with it.
You should use 03 or seomthing to get better results for OCing your card.
05 was made for the current Gen cards, hence, the X800 and so forth.

I'd advise you, as the other poster did, to try 3Dmark03 first and probably stick to it, I have never used the new bench mark, I'd say for your card 03 should be fine.
