(sorry if this is the wrong forum)

My query is ... how do I allow everything that's automatically placed by the system in the 'bulk folder' through to the 'inbox'?

I'd always assumed the hotmail system was 100% sure that everything that it put in 'bulk' was spam but I've only just recently found out that certain REAL mails have also been getting dumped in the 'bulk folder' and as a result were being deleted on a daily basis without me every learning of their existance.

    Any info gratefully recieved.

Click option (top right)>junk email protection>junk email filter>low

Or you can check your junk mail folder once every 5days (thats when its emptied) and select your real mail and add it to the safe list.
