"instant access"

hey,

this might be the wrong forum to post this in - sorry if it is!

having a problem with a program called "instant access", dunno if anyone knows it. as far as i can see, it is causing popups from "zipzappromos.com" to pop up, and then IE closes down. so anyway, i have deleted it from the computer, but every time i connect to the internet it somehow manages to come back.. like even though i might have deleted it 5 mins previously, it is back in program files. i dunno how to get rid of it and i dont like it! any ideas?

hey, thanks a million for that, that got rid of it, and some other yoke called EGroup. great program. the only thing is, that the instant access thing keeps trying to reinstall itself.. ms antispyware tells me every time it tries to do that so i can remove it again thank god.. but there must be some reason it keeps trying to reinstall itself..?
