    howdy folks,
    should I get a DVI input or just the old type connection.

    of the €399 range of 19" lcd's on komplett which would ye buy

    iiyama 19" dvi 20ms
    Lg vga 12ms
    samsung vga 20ms
    hansol vga 25ms
    Benq vga 16ms

    all from komplett

    from savastore
    philips 12ms vga

    I got the lg one and am very pleased with it.
    Then again I've no dvi port on my computer so my choice was rather simplified. Graphics look good on it to me though

    hmm tricky
    but the 12ms one is good, pity it doesn't have dvi input. Trust me, a 19" lcd will oulast your computer so you will want to future proof it. go with something with dvi input. dont get anything below 16ms if you play games. thats my 2 cents

    That LG Looks pretty smart with its 12MS response time. From the Point of DVI i wouldnt be too worried about which to buy. A normal day to day computer user wouldnt notice much difference where as if u worked mainly with GFX u might notice a difference in clearity of the Images etc that are on the screen. But for me my 19" CRT's do me jsut fine. More then happy with them.
