pc for 1000e?

    Just wondering what kinda PC I could get for a grand, either build from parts or a bundle pc..

    These are the minimum requirements id be looking for...
    17+ inch flat panel
    dvd/cd burner
    radeon 9800 pro
    gig or ram
    160 gig hd

    ideas?

    One suggestion is have a gander at the Komplett PC builder website- it will give you a few ideas. Svp.co.uk have brilliant offers on flat panels at the moment as well- and decent ones, not crap- 14-16ms response times....
    You will put together something extremely decent- hell, you'd even get a decent laptop- with that amount of money to spend these days.....

    just remember irish vat is 21%, german vat is 16%, so your actual cost will go up.
