hello:just arrived in from work this evening and was looking forward to watch arsenal v man utd game tonite on skysports fat chance now.my chorus bloody box is stuck on network configuration screen asking for network number e.t.c so my wife rang chorus earlier today and the gave her these details to write down,i have tryed typing in these details but when i press the ok button on the remote after a few seconds of looking for network i get a question mark,can anyone please help me put as its 6:40 pm here the game is on at 8pm.would appreciate your help thanks

indeed, get them to do it, not give the details over the phone. also look for a rebate on the account

Its the Chorus box itself, so only Chorus can really do anything about it.

If this happens again follow this procedure
1-when box is showing time, press the top 'On' button on the remote
2-when 'init' is displayed on box, hold down the 'chorus' button until the box displays 'app'

hello there is no chorus button on my chorus remote control,its the small grey remote i have.its one of the new small chorus boxs,is there any other buttons i can press to get it back?.wife rang chorus today but the engineer never showed up,some service that.would appreciate any more help thanks

well was trying to get it back myself in the meantime,seen as theres not much else to look at on tv,no phonimg chorus till tommorow,any more advice in the mean time?.thanks lads
