I'm looking to create a plugin for outlook (it could be just a shortcut off outlook, but it has to be accessible from outlook) to do the following:

Access to a database of client details & relevant advertising. Basically I see it as a sort of search engine that will search a database of predefined details (probably contact details) that have keywords and (the important bit) associated advertising.

Is this possible to do ?

Is there a commercial product that can do it ?

If now, how much would it cost to develop (& time frame) ?

If it's a case of developing it, it may be a decent enough nixer for someone, let me know if you can do it & how much.
