Touts with licences the lot of them.

Use your head, and you will save hundreds. Me and a few buddys are going to Villa Vs Arsenal this weekend. Including taxi to our hotel + Accomadation and tickets its costing is €140 each!

Do to a tour operator it would be more in the region of €600.

I went to the Man U - Villa match 2 weekends ago. The whole package cost about 800 yoyo's which was mad, but got to stay the night in Manchester etc. Went with some crowd called Stephens Green Travel.
Next time though I'll just get the tix and make my own way over.

Sorry but LOL, not at you in particular just that someone would pay that!

I arranged a trip to this game for myself and 5 mates. We flew over on Friday, stayed in a place called Worksop (close to Nottingham-Sheffield) 2 nights B&B (with a carvery on the Sunday), transfers to and from the airport and game, match ticket and the whole thing came to €250 each...

ok you have the inconvienance of having to travel for 2 hours on a bus to the game on the Saturday but when you've got 50 United fans singing songs and drinking beer all the way down you don't notice it as much ;) certainly worth saving €550 for anyway!

I have just booked the Liverpool Leverkusen game in the champs league with a crowd called premier soccer promotions

    www.premiersoccerpromotions.ie

they are based in tullamore but that doesn't matter

    The deal is a daytrip
Ferry from dublin port to holyhead, coach to liverpool, Match Ticket (most importantly) and then coach back to holyhead and ferry home for €159

the good thing is we will get a good few hours to wander through Liverpool aswell. I think it is very good value and they are very easy to deal with aswell ;);)
