There is a medium that works out of a hotel just off Patrick st. (I think that's the name of it. The main street where The shops are) I don't know how good she is and you need to book in advance. I think she charges around €50-€60. I did hear of an excellent one when I was down there but as I don't live down there I didn't take much notice.
