    Hi,

    They should be correct, yes.

    It looks odd because most people treat GPRS costs like call or text charges. They assume GPRS somehow dials home or is subject to very high roaming costs. What is actually happening is that you are using a foreign network to access the internet (ie. you don't touch Vodafone Ireland's network) - so, you pay the foreign network's GPRS access fees.

    Although I should point out, they do charge in blocks of 100K or 10K and not per 1K like when you are at home.

    Anyway, that's my understanding :-)

    While it is possible to set up GPRS to only use the visited network while roaming, that's not what VFI do. All roaming GPRS traffic passes through the network in Ireland.
