scary blue ink!

hello everyone! this is completely weird but tis annoying me!
friend and i were sitting at computer and then friend discovered this blue ink like substance all over her hands and arms????? looked everywhere but dont have a clue where it came from?????

pockets. probably left a pen in it and it leaked. happened me before my leg was covered in ink didnt know where it had come from

Obviously it did not come from the computer.
Is this at home- in college- in an internet cafe?
Whats the environment where you found the ink (or first discovered its presence?)
Is it sticky- as in ink from a biro- or a more fluid type liquid?
Is it dry- more as though a dye than an ink?
Is it having any effect on your friend- other than the obvious discolouration?
(If so- wash it off immediately and seek medical attention!!!)

When you try to wash it off, does it wash off- or is it stuck?
Is it blue or a more green colour?

Had an interesting little query like this before- from a science student who had a bit of fun with some toluene blue.

a lecturer in my undergrad course once told me that when writing in exams to use blue pen.. as it holds the reader's interest for longer than black ink. As to how true this is.. I dunno! I can tell you one thing though.. I now use blue everytime!!!
