i need to get software that will take any image and resize it, like photoshop, but for free. i only need it once. can anyone help? i'm not sure of exactly what i'm doing to be honest.

i need to take an image, resize it for printing so its exactly 1 and a 1/5 inches wide.

complicated i tells ye.
