    Can anybody recommend a decent portable (14in) tv/dvd combo? Can these be hacked for region free? A set that plays mp3's would be desirable. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks. :)

    Dwyers Electrical have the Philips 14PT6107 for €179 and it can be region hacked. See http://www.dwyers.ie/acatalog/Small_Screen.html. It seems to be selling for €199 on the High Street.

    Thanks Dino. I got the Philips tv/dvd in DID electric. Great sound, plays mp3 and is region hackable (haven't tried it yet). I got it for 189.99 in their sale.

    Thats a good price alright. I have a Philips DVD player and didnt even need to hack it to get it region free so you might not need a hack.
