    Man U v Chelsea tomorrow

    both games are being shown free to air
    on German channel DSF on Astra1

    Your LIDL dish will pick it up
    if you don't have Sky Sports.

    Is the Lidl dish some sort of special dish that gives these games or does it work on any dish that is pointed at 19,2 east. :D

    It's the LIDL receiver that recieves only FTA channels

    A belated thanks for that Pal - a bonus I never expected with an FTA receiver. Cool. How did you learn about this in advance? I don't imagine you have time to scan the websites for every channel?!?! Or do these games come up regularly on DSF?

    You won't get any Premiership games FTA. They are all subscription this year.
    (except RTE2 which is debatable as to the format)

    There is often FA Cup and League cup.
    Plenty of CL and UEFA cup too.
    And Scottish football is often FTA too.

    look at LJs site and the FTA games will be highlighted in red in the encryption column.

    If you're a football nut like me you would be better off investing in a common interface receiver.
