Due to requests, Hodges Figgis bookshop in Dawson St has ordered 2 copies of each of Sklanksy's books now available. I believe there are five of them. They will be on the shelves around about Friday 28th. Ring the shop in advance because they may not have arrived, on 01-6774754/6774939. One of those is right and the other is a fax, I cant remember which.

There are also about a dozen copies left of Education of a Poker player, by Herbert O. Yardley, which is my favourite book. Technically it has little to do with the poker played now but the stories and general viewpoint of the author make it well worth the 5.99 price. I cant believe the havent been snapped up. I'll be getting another couple of copies to give as pressies.

If you cant find what you're looking for you can ask to speak to Des (me) on the phone and I'll see if its around.

Mr. Brunson's new book will be in the shop around the end of February. I will post when it arrives.

    Cheers, D.

I dont know whether you're being sarcastic but in fact I find his books boring as hell and much prefer Cloutier or even Caro! But a couple of people asked me to get them in, so they're in. However there'll be more of Cloutiers in this week and I recommend them heartily. Yes, you heard me, heartily.

Yes if you want stories of old time rambling and gambling, conceptual and mathematical mistakes then go Cloutier! Woot!

Hes a little dry but I was being sarcastic. I'll buy getting the best of it or whatever it's called. Recommended by HJ. I think I have most of his others.
