Laptop USB2 Problem

Hi, I bought a Dell Inspiron 5160 in September. I hooked up a USB2 DVD burner with no problems. Last week I installed XP SP2 but the installation failed and I had to reinstall all my laptop drivers from scratch using the resource cd from Dell. Hi,

Since then no USB2 devices have worked, USB1 is fine though. I've reinstalled XP from scratch but to no avail. I cant find any thing about Inspiron USB2 drivers on Dell/google. Any one any ideas???
