    1. I know that you can't record TV channels in other channels, ie BBC3/4, is it possible to record a standard channel and watch BBC3/4?

    2. How far back can you rewind live TV, and do you have to be watching the channel or can you go to another channel and start rewinding?

    3. Do you have to record the whole programme from the start or if you're watching for 10 minutes, will it just recored the rest of the programme?

    4. I like this package 1J (Family Pack, Sky Soprts 1&3, Sky Movies 2,4,6,8) and would also include the Sky+ subscription, it costs 30pounds which is Euro 42, no doubt Sky will round up nicely to E45 or E50, does anyone know the exact price?

    Thanks for any help :)

Answers in the order you asked
    1. yes
    2. 1 hour afaik(you can set this in the set-up menu) and you must be watching the programme but you can go to any part of a recording at any time.
    3. yes it will record the rest of the programme only to the end of the programme whether its via live pause or by pressing record.

    Yes

Up to 60 minutes, you have to have been watching it though .

    3. Do you have to record the whole programme from the start or if you're watching for 10 minutes, will it just recored the rest of the programme?

You can record any program from where you are onwards. If Instant rewind is turned on then it will add that to the start of the recording.

Any idea of the lead time to get it installed from Sky.
