No, and it would appear that a large proportion of Americans (although not a large enough proportion) wouldn't support him either.

No , i'd move to Canada and try and convince them to invade the States . Weapons of mass destruction speech with actually some evidence this time :)

Unfortunately if i lived in Bible belt yes because he is for everything I would be and if I lived in a metropolitan city no, because he would be for everything I were against. I believe voting patterns followed this trend?

Isnt that fact that the majority of us dont wouldn't support bush what makes us different from the americans? if you were over there being fed media BS, maybe you would. i would like to think that i wouldnt, but who knows???

Suppose it all depends on how many you manage to get struck off the voting register ;)

I think media influence is an overstated reason for Bush support. A large proportion of Americans just agree with his stance on religion, abortion, stem cell research and gay marraige, his complete disregard for other countries' interests, and his prioritising of big business over that pesky environment. And they even like the fact that he's a bit slow and mispronounciates his words.

Hate the cúnt - but have to say there is no alternative! Right now - I would vote Hillary in 2008 - if theres collection cans for mercenaries to assasinate Jeb Bush outside my local - I will give generously :p Unless he concedes defeat of course - just can't see this!

Hmmm on rethink - Galinha Starovoitova was murdered 'coz people didn't want her (want the truth to come out!)- think this could also be true with MM's skeletons in closet

    Where's I wouldn't vote?

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 1,502 ✭✭✭MrPinK

Not voting would be equivalent to not supporting him.

Unless your not voting actually meant he won.

Unless you would have voted for him if you did vote, in which case not voting would be supporting the other candidate.

Not voting supports neither candidate. It's just a pity there's no "none of the above" option.

My mother has always said that if you don't vote then you can't complain about any mistakes that the government make during their term.
Flawed logic in my opinion. If you didn't want EITHER party to be elected, then don't vote. Choosing not to vote is a right as much as voting itself is.

I wouldn't support either candidate. Maybe Nadar, but I don't know his policies.

With Michael Moore there is a certain amount of "he would say that wouldn't he". For a really damaging critique of Bush's "war on terror" read this

    http://www.amazon.co.uk/exec/obidos/ASIN/0743260244/qid=1105960897/sr=2-2/ref=sr_2_27_2/202-3170847-8845422

especially the last 2 chapters. Richard Clarke is not a right-on student/looney lefty but a highly experienced and credible counter-terrorism official having lead the White House Counter-terrorism Strategy Group under 3 presidents

94.34% against. I somehow doubt theres any way even Bush could manipulate those numbers. Although...

The very future of humanity depends on exposing government-sponsored terrorism and how the globalists pose as our saviors whem in fact, they are the terrorists.

He also forced everyone, small and great, rich and poor, free and slave, to receive a mark on his right hand or on his forehead so that no one could buy or sell unless he had the mark, which is the name of the beast or the number of his name. This calls for wisdom. If anyone has insight, let him calculate the number of the beast, for it is man's number. His number is 666" (Rev. 13:16-18).

Nobody shud comment on the war without seeing this..did u know george bush and john kerry are cousins?

Wake up people!!! the vote doesent matter y is it in the 290,000,000 americans only 2 candidates can be elected? the global elite make u think you have a choice when u dont.george bush and john kerry are cousins they both attended yale unversity and the secret society "Skull and Bones" they admitted this. the media runs the election and even if kerry won the NEW WORLD ORDER wins anyway.

True, but it would make you responsible for any actions that person took. If the president was to ooh say start decapitating babies and drinking thier warm blood you can't use the excuse of "Well I didn't vote for him, what do I care what he does".

Anyway, if there were more candidates. Bush would have had a better chance of winning, because most Kerry votes were people just voting against bush.

Thanks. This clarifies precisely what I meant by not a large enough proportion for anyone who did not understand.
