Norton anti-virus help

    may need to be moved sorry.
    Anyhoo a message came up to uninstall and reinstall norton. So i uninstalled and went to reinstall, but the disc won't work. please need help

    The disc just won't work it coud be faulty or be scraped

    internal error please uninstall and reinstall norton anti-virus
    This message just poped up when i logged into my computer

    Go straight to Norton support on their website, the one thing I've been able to rely on them for is decent support when their products f*ck up... :)
