Work Experience help?

hey,
I'm doing a course in web design and as part of it I have to do 4 weeks work experience at the end. The thing is i dont really know where to start looking for this, so if anyone could point me in the direction of web design or web related companies or anywhere you think might be suitable? as I don't know any and wouldn't know where to start.

Get a copy of the Golden Pages. Open it and go to Computers > Web design.

Make sure you give the companies an example of your work.
