Wanted: Sales & Marketing Support Executive

Hi all,

My company (an IT solutions provider) is looking for a Sales & Marketing Support Executive. This is a full time position available immediately, and I would classify it between entry-level and mid-level - graduates with a strong CV and the right attitude would be considered.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Support the Sales team with regard to -

Purchasing

Generation of quotes and sales proposals

Responding to Government tenders

Working with account managers to best meet client needs

Marketing / PR function

Assisting with general office management

Candidate Requirements:

Candidate must have a professional manner at all times.

A basic understanding of IT is necessary, though no formal qualification is needed

Strong interpersonal and communication skills are needed

A high level of motivation needed - role will change and grow as company expands

The advertised job is one I was hired to do, but the company has grown so much that I will focus on something a little different and a new person is needed. Personally I think this would be perfect for a confident person willing to work hard to make a go of IT sales.
