Ok I need to produce a 12 sec vid in the following format:

    None Compressed QuickTime (Flattened) 720 X 576, Audio 48kHz

Im only vaguly familar with the various uissues and iv never created a Quicktime movie.

Id like to take some raw footage I have from a camcorder (I can capture it to what ever format via a Hauppage card) and some Hi Res stills and combine them to make the vid. Ideally id like to be able to pan across and/or in to the stills.

Anyone give me advise on software to use?

Adobe Premiere Elements 1 or Pinnacle Studio 9 & Studio Plus 9 or Ulead VideoStudio 8.
you could just download a trial edition of them for that short a clip.
