    can anyone recomend a freeware windows program to share dial up over a network?

    Its built-in to Windows 2000 and XP called ICS (Internet Connection Sharing)

    ya it does but it isnt great and requires me to change my ips to a specific range, which i cant do as i need it in another range.i know the program but i cant think of the name
