Use autotrader.co.uk

It works on postcodes. Stick in a northie postcode and set the distance to 200 miles, that will get you NI cars.

Sure autotrader.ie has a 'North' search facility.

Just beware that NI cars will generally be more expensive than UK cars, I would take the boat.
