Pretty Damn sweet. Only match i really want to see(besides the Irish ones) is the Falcons one. They've had a real easy ride so far andwant to see what there made of even with the boy wonder back.

Just read the Leinster team sheet, sorry to hear again "Dempsey"
Tell ya what; since ye aint using Contepomi can we (Munster) have him. Think he'd do better down south since ye aint using him.

Ulster match is gonna be class. Hope they slaughter them.
And of course Munster and Leinster for the wins, What a weekend!!!!!

Munster to use their usual bulldozer rugby to beat the Osprys. Leinster to lose to Bath.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 7,581 ✭✭✭uberwolf

You want comtepomi? swop him for cullen? That's do me...

    L,M to win.

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 1,709 ✭✭✭BolBill

Munster to batter Osprys by using only their forwards to score tries (for a change). Leinster will lose (though I hope not) to Bath with Shaggy getting taken down far too easily in tackles as usual.

Interesting. As we have Payne that would be viable but dont think Devlin on the wing is good enough just yet and as Kelly is out - how bout just give him to us............
    No?.....................didnt think so

Fantastic second half performance by Ulster, coming back from 12-3 down at half time to claim a great win. Pity it wont be enough to even give them a hope of qualifying going into the last series of games though

    HEC Pool 3:
    GLASGOW 10-30 TOULOUSE

    HEC Pool 6:
    ULSTER 14-12 GLOUCESTER
    STADE FRANCAIS 35-16 BLUES

    QF 1st leg:
    Grenoble 21-26 Connacht

    Great away win for Connacht.

    Bath 23 27 Leinster RES

Leinster pulled that one out of the fire. Hopefully, Byrne will have his throwing arm straightened in time for the 6N

Off to the match now, to see Munster make it 4 from 4 for the provinces :)

    Very poor performance by Munster.
Looked to be outta sorts really only plus was the come back and the back play improving. need to improve to be a force in the last eight.

I honestly think Munster had the beating of them big time but it was just little mistakes. One thing i will say is that was Ospreys flat out and battering Munster and Munster had a great defence and the backs showed up this week. Cullen again some nice moves and great tackles.

I think his speed is very deceptive. On a sour note. He caused the NSO try.
Otta postion. No real cover from the other backs though so not entirely his fault.

Hmm, I think that's unfair, he didn't cause it at all. If we start blaming backs for getting into contact situations we'll never see any good rugby. The other backs caused the try, someone should have covered.

    Superb try from him.

What the hell was Marcus doing back there to cover later? :)

Was watching highlights again earlier and it was Cullen who brought it into contact and lost it(lack of support) Lawlor tried to help so he was outta postion as well. Just an awkward move to try, great vision by Spice think it was for the dink.

On another note - Henson really didnt show up,lot of latterla running

Treviso to win with Leinster picking up 2 bonus points? I wonder what price that in the bookies?

Altho in fairness, the Treviso - Bourgoin match this weekend was a cracker and high scoring to boot.

    So 1/4s

    Leinster V Castres

Assuming these are the 1/4's (a big assumption) I would go for

Toulouse, Leinster, Perpignan and Biarritz :( in the semis

btw Dave, You reckon only one English team will make it to the 1/4's? that would be a turn up for the books! Altho like you say it only takes one game to be a surprise or even one team not to pick up an expected bonus point for the whole situation to change completely.

Three great wins for the Irish, sorry lads but I don't count that crowd from the North (Irelands Call and all that sh*te), especially Leinster beating Bath despite been totally out played for most of the second half. Dempsey should have had a try in the first half and surely its only a matter of time before Murphy plays no. 15 for Ireland.

And you are surprised you've been banned from the soccer forum? Irish rugby consists of all four provinces. And I for one am glad it does!

Yeah I got banned from there because I refered to a red headed footballer as a ginger - freedom of speech me árse

Also, Irelands Call is cack, its there to suit the one or two Ulster players that make the Irish squad (not team, might I add). Amhrán Na bhFiann is our national anthem so be it.

Ok - taking a very liberal view on this i dont reckon the lads will though calling a national song "cack" might not go down too good.

Not goin into politics cause its "cack" but this is the rugby forum leave your political hates in the politics forum.
